hang hammocks at a 30 degree angle

When hanging a hammock it should be roughly 30° from the end to the tree (or whatever it's attached to).

Too high of an angle (I think above 45°?) and it could hurt the trees by placing too much pressure on them.

Too low of an angle and you're basically sleeping in a bucket.

A structural ridge line can help mitigate some (or all?) of these issues.
