Do not impose a heirarchy/structure on your notes (work, personal, etc): there may be things that apply to both (for example, management techniques to scouts when I was in Wood Badge). With proper linking (evergreen notes should be densely linked) a natural structure will emerge.
This is in direct opposition to PARA, and is something I need to reconcile #refine (at the very least I don't overthink things much! When in doubt, send it to Misc)
