This allows more flexibility and allows it to be linked in different contexts (evergreen notes should be densely linked). A note with a capital letter will look strange if Linked in the middle of a sentence, whereas lowercase will look natural if linked in the middle of a sentence.
It will lead to notes looking strange if they start a sentence. I've decided that's okay.
